In the Upwork tab that just opened (open it again), log in and click Allow.

That tab then shows an error such as "This site can't be reached" on an address starting with http://127.0.0.1. That is expected.

Copy the whole address from that tab's address bar, paste it here, and press Finish (within a few minutes).
